We only accept unused and unopened orders return within 30 days of receipt for a refund. The original packing must be fully intact. If the product’s package has been opened, meaning that the packaging seals are broken which is not acceptable for refund.
You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning items back to the Bravestorming headquarters. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. The shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Return items must go through our products checking process in order to confirm the qualification for process refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, please kindly note your refund will be processed in 10-15 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Note that additional duties and taxes will not be refunded.

Received incorrect order
We cannot bear making mistakes but occasionally it might happen. Please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately to arrange an exchange. We will bear the costs to collect the goods and issue a re-delivery.
We are not able to offer an exchange on returned items. If you would like a different item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
