Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@bravestorming.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@bravestorming.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

From theory to practice

The idea of mover erase begins with the most essentiel resource in the world: Books.

We have found great inspirations from books like The One Thing by Gary Keller, The Achievement Habit by Bernard Roth...These books provide a theoretical base for our planner system, in terms of psychological conditions for high productivity.

We learned that eliminating redendant distractions, prioritizing tasks based on purpose and simplifying complex ideas are key moves to generate productive actions.

Trial and Error

Making mover erase is not an easy task. We have tried many versions of movers, with different materials, proportions, magnets...after several failures, we have successfully created the perfect version. The patented mover design allows easy pick-up from surfaces by pressing on the edges.

The final product also gives a satisfying tactile sensation, so that users can have a nicer grip of movers with notes written on, facilitating the brainstorming process.

We believe that the value of hand-writing is irreplaceable when it comes to intellectual process.
